Kind words

"The fantastic Market View apartment is in a perfect position overlooking the market square and close to a variety of independent shops, great pubs and many lovely places to eat. It is situated in an ideal location for visiting both the countryside and coast. The extremely comfortable and spacious apartment is beautifully decorated and presented to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need and more. It was immaculately clean. The customer service from Andrea and Sue at Cottage Tree was great. We have no hesitation in recommending Market View and will definitely be returning in the future!"

"A great little apartment, bright, warm and very comfortable. The lounge window looks over the market square, lovely bathroom and the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a while. The location is ideal for touring around Suffolk and Framlingham has everything you need. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

Katherine & Sam, (Stayed December 2024)

"The flat is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with many thoughtful touches like milk and butter in the fridge, USB charging ports in the kitchen, and board games and local guides. It is centrally located next to lovely shops, two very good cafes, and less than a five-minute walk to the impressive St Michael’s church with its amazing tombs and Framlingham Castle. It’s also central for so many other sights - beautiful Suffolk churches, seaside towns like Aldeburgh and Dunwich Heath. Parking is very easy to find on side streets so wasn’t an issue at all."
